Great piece of kitchen equipment

this is a great piece of equipment. Because it folds flat storage is not a problem. It is also very well made and very sturdy - strong enough to hold the largest roast.

Adjustable Roasting Rack

Great for when storage is an issue as it folds up flat. As it is adjustable it is easy to change for any sized meat.

Good Purchase

Storage space is an issue so I tossed the one I have been using for this and that was a good choice. It's sturdy, will support different sized roasts, easy to clean and folds down for easy storage.
