I am more than happy with my purchase. Pan is great to use. Wish I'd bought one years ago. Received the pan within a few days of placing my order and at less than half the price I had seen it for in the local shops.

I purchased a anolon covered saute for my daughter for Xmas because she liked mine that I bought a few years ago. On searching the internet, not only did I find a good price, I found a fantastic company. On opening, there was a small flaw in the frypan, so I contacted Kitchenware Direct to return it for another, and what I found was a excellent customer service operator with no problems with the return. I cannot speak highly enough of the company or the product. Kitchenware Direct certainly live up to their advertising, and I will be passing on their name as they have fantastic customer service.
