Really I can't fault it - it's so versatile and looks great.

Great saute pan!
I bought this from Kitchenware Direct almost 2 years ago. and can happily say I still love this pan as much as the first day I received it. Love the heavy copper base, clear lid, even heat and ability to pop in the oven too. Brilliant!

If low sides on frypans annoy you....
This is the perfect pan for making sauce-heavy pasta and meat dishes. The high sides allow you to stir ingredients as they boil off without being overly cautious about losing the lot over the side. Its a nice heavy based pan. A favourite.

TOUCH OF CLASS
I have had Scanpan products for many years and cannot fault them in any way. We have bought this range for our son who also has a passion for cooking. My theory is buy the best freshiest produce and cook with great quality cookware and you will enjoy it plus have success with what you cook
