Swiss Diamond's induction-compatible cookware features a unique design that offers the optimum magnetic field, which transfers heat to the diamond-reinforced non-stick interior cooking surface of the pan. This is achieved through a magnetic steel alloy which is fused to the bottom of the extra-thick pressure cast aluminium pan. In addition to induction hobs, equally excellent results can be expected on ceramic, glass, halogen or electric stove tops, but this cookware is not recommended for gas ranges.

With three times the hardness of stainless steel and five times the conductivity of copper, diamonds make the perfect cooking surface. The engineers at Swiss Diamond have found a way to harness these extraordinary properties by incorporating upwards of 200,000 microscopic diamonds in a revolutionary nonstick surface that outlasts and outperforms all others.

Beyond being virtually indestructible, Swiss Diamond's technology addresses many of the problems normally associated with nonstick cookware. Diamonds' natural conductivity means pans don't lose heat at the surface, allowing for the perfect sear. Diamonds are also naturally nonstick, a quality that helps deliver superior performance over a longer period of time. And with their single-layer nano-composite technology, they have achieved the first truly smooth nonstick surface that will never peel, crack or blister.
