The Chef Inox Premier series is classic lightweight cookware that heats evenly and can take a lot of abuse. 4mm aluminium construction offers a level of control comparable to copper but with superior durability. Anodised surfaces protect against staining and minimise reactivity. Malleable cast iron handles stay cool to the touch, are rivetted for added strength, and can be shaped to your ideal angle. Premier is the backbone of the high-volume service kitchen. Suitable for use with all hobs except induction. Dishwasher & oven safe. Quality guaranteed.

Brilliant!!

Husband wrecked last stockpot and I got this as a replacement. Love it. We make heaps of soup through winter and its nice to know I have a good quality pot that will handle a family sized boiling. Easy to clean too!!
