Quality built item i use for a variety of meals not just Morrocan. Two problems the write up mentions solid cast steel handles where as the picture shows no handles and there are no handles. While that is minor there is a major design fault, the lid while very attractive has a steel knob held in place by a steel screw. The problem is when in use the knob becomes hot and with all tagines you pick it up by the peak of the cone the result being burnt fingers and having to remember to use an oven glove when checking the cooking progress in the future. I tried to conyact All-clad via their website but have had no response. Overall the product is good i got it last month on special which pleased me as they are expensive and at that price you would expect the design issue to have been considered and fixed.
