I have been looking high and low at every different type Tagine there is, from different makes to what it’s made of, and even how you’re meant to use them. And I can say after all the research I have done “this is the King of Tagine’s” You need a Tagine that you can use in the oven, on a gas stovetop or on a BBQ just like the Moroccans do, and with this Tagine you can do all of the above. Along with its solid earthenware construction for even browning and simmering, this is the true all-in-one Tagine. Beautiful Emile HenryTagine

My husband is a real foody and so I thought this would be the perfect gift for his birthday. Having purchased a set of Scanpan saucepans from Kitchenware direct before and been thoroughly happy with that purchase, I was delighted to see this tagine was included in their range. Once again it was a seamless transacation and we love the tagine. It is a lovely quaity item and cooks food to perfection. The meat is melt in your mouth tender, and flavours beautiful. I would highly recommend this item to anyone considering a tagine.
