Emile Henry Flame Tagine

Made the best Moroccan Lamb Shanks ever in my new Emile Henry Tagine. Love it and can't wait to try out new recipes. What's more, it is purple - goes with my new purple kitchen decor.

love my tagine

This tagine could not be better. For a start it is purple, my favourite colour. I was unsure how wel the meals I usually do in a casserole dish would turn out, but it is fantasitc. The tagine holds the heat really well even when used over a relatively low heat and the food is fantastic - the low slow cooking brings out the sweetness in onions and the meat did not dry out. Ah, the memories of travels in Morocco. I know that I will be using this tagine a lot.

Perfect Gift

I bought the Tagine in fig colour as a gift. It arrived in perfect condition and I could not be happier with my choice. I am sure my friend will love the Tagine - the colour is warm and rich and it will be a real talking point over the dinner table.

Great Product

bought one in the purply colour, was a novice to tagine cooking . made a lemon chicken tagine ...wow.. the best flavour and so easy to clean and the look on the table makes it look and smell even better...
