Description

Place the tagine on top of the pan and you can make the most of less-expensive meats through the use of slow cooking to create spicy stews from south of the Mediterranean. On the nights in which you're feeling less exotic, you've got a good, solid Scanpan pot with lid to work with.

For over twenty years, Scanpan has offered both professional and home cooks the most technologically sophisticated nonstick cookware on the market. Scanpan’s signature Classic line is manufactured in Denmark from pressure cast aluminium that heats evenly and will never warp.

The virtually indestructible ceramic titanium nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. With a 10 year warranty that covers against chipping, flaking, heat blisters and cracking. Scanpan Classic pans feature ergonomic cool-touch phenolic handles secured with a patented screwless assembly that will never loosen.

Safe for use with all hobs except induction. Oven safe to 260°C.

Cannot be beaten

Tagine

My husband convinced me to buy it. We have used it twice in one week and the results were so delicious that I was dissapointed that there were no leftovers! The tagine also looks good on the dinner table. I have used other Scanpan products for a while and have always been happy with the performance and quality of the product. PS. They are also easy to clean.

Outstanding Product

Having being given my tagine for a recent birthday I was anxious to trial this cookware. As with all my other Scanpan products I was not disappointed. Apart from cooking my Pork and Apple tagine to perfection, it doubles as a lovely serving dish as well. Love the glass lid, allowing it to convert to 'ordinary' casserole dish.

Superb
