Super Wok

This is a fabulous wok. Perfect size for stir-fry's and fried rice for a couple like us. But it is large enough for big quantities for when the whole family drops around. The non-stick surface is excellent, much better than my old electric one that was starting to lose its coating. Cleaning is a breeze. Fantastic price ad service from Kitchenware Direct as always!

Light and quick cooking

I have two other Anolon pans but they are both much heavier than this one. This is deeper and the perfect weight for stir frying. Food cooks quickly and evenly. Got it at a good price, too, through Kitchenware Direct.

Love this

Ditch your steel hand-me-down pan

I am a single guy who lives in the country. When it came to cooking foods like meat and veggies; chicken or fish I would throw a big dollop of butter or a big splash of cooking oil into the old and warped stainless steel hand-me-down which Mum gave me when I first left home. I have since discovered the health benefits of reducing the amount of oil and or butter that I use to sauté my food (one cup of oil has 1909 calories while one cup of unsalted butter has 1628 calories).. By investing in an Anolon 30cm Stir Fry Pan from Kitchenware Direct I I have reduced the amount of fat I consume and with it’s hard-anodised aluminium base I find the food glides off the cooking surface and it’s a much easier clean up (a little bit of hot soapy water, a sponge and a splash of hot water to rinse away the residue). I thoroughly recommend Anolon Advanced Stir Fry Pan 30cm to any family (or single guy) who is concerned about the amount of fat they consume.

No more wobbly wok

I had a wok that wobbled on my stove because of its round bottom, obviously not safe to use if you have to hold it with one hand all the time so this new one if great, it is stable on the stove and big enough, just would be great if it had a lid to steam.

Loving this pan!

great size, super non-stick - using it for everything: quick curries, bolognaise, scrambled eggs, stir fries - the works! We bought to use on camping trips because of it's size & weight, but I don't want it to leave my kitchen! I can whole heartedly recommend this pan ;-)

Great product

Creates great stir fry dishes especially Fried Rice and Stir Fried Noddles. The non-stick quality of the wok allows you to cook long enough to obtain the full flavour of the dish.
