The best!
This wok is not only great for all your Asian cooking, it's fantastic for casseroles and I cooked a huge spaghetti marinara in mine the other night. I bought the lid to go with mine and this really extends the versatility. You can't go wrong with Scanpan and you can't go wrong with this wok!

Amazing!
I used my new Jumbo Wok for the first time last night. I had so many vegetables that I didn't think they would all fit in. Not only did they fit they cooked so quickly and evenly. I love my wok!!! It helped me create my best stir fry EVER!

Great Wok
I wasn't sure how this wok would go on my gas stove top as I do not have a proper wok burner. The wok has a flat bottom, so sits fine on the grill of a standard gas stove. To get the extra heat I needed to sear meat quickly, I took the grill off the top of the stove and sat the wok directly on top of the largest burner. To cook vegetables, there is enough heat generated leaving the stove top grill on.
As with other Scanpan items, this wok is extremely easy to clean.
I originally purchased the 32cm wok, but decided that was too small. I would recommend this jumbo size wok for any family.

wow
after a recent trip to china I wanted to buy a premim quality wok. My chinese cooking couldn't be easier. I can make banquets with this one. I just cook 1 dish then simply wipe clean then go on to the next one. My family are so happy because they not only get a great feed, but the wok is so easy to clean.
