These knives are well balanced and very comfortable to use. The range is perfect for nearly every need you have bar a fish knife and sharpener. Rust can appear if you do not dry these knives immediately after washing, as goes for all good quality knives. All in all very happy with these lovely knives.

The knife block has been great. They are all comfy in your hand and have cut through everything with ease. So far I'm pretty happy.

This knive block is brilliant value - the knives are heavy, well weighted, and glide through just about anything! Plus, the price is just too good to pass up. I wish I'd got these sooner. I had one small problem, where at the scanpan end, they put two of one knife in the set, and missed another, but kitchenwaredirect were really quick and friendly and sorted it out as fast as they could, so the customer service is top notch too.

Excellent knives! Super comfortable to hold, cut through meat and vegies without any trouble. In fact, the knives move through vegetables like it is moving through air-no resistance at all. I wish I purchased these knives AGES ago! I am so happy with them.

This knife block set is great, it has a great range of knives sizes etc without being too many and too big, the knives are great quailty. My favourite is defiantely the large knife, they all chop nicely.

Scanpan has an excellent reputation and for good reason. These knives are excellent. I have just purchased them and would not go back to my old knives.

We previoulsy bought one knife for $79, now we got five for $149. Not only good value but fantastic to use. We will be back to buy more things on this site.

i bought these and was so impressed with how sharp they were my parents bought them too. while the rrp probably isnt as high as it states (david jones has an 8 pc set for 399) they are still great value. the only con is that they rust really easy if left draining in contact with water, so dry them as soon as theyve been washed. the block also takes up quite a bit of room.
