Scanpan Classic Covered Saute Pan 28cm

Bought this to add to my scanpan collection. Terrific size and its great when you stir your food it doesn't fly out everywhere. Have used it 3 times in 2 weeks already.

The saute pan is great it is easy to clean and i really like the depth of it. It makes it easy to cook larger stirfries without everything falling over the sides of the pan

This is a great pan - for vegetables, pancakes, eggs, everything! Will be buying more Scanpan products in the future. Would be great to have a steam release option as somebody mentioned... but that's my only complaint (and it's a small one).

Since purchasing this saute pan I have been using it every day night to dish up curries, stirfrys, sausages and breaky meals. One thing missing is the lid doesn't release steam but otherwise, pan is easy to use and clean.

We use our saute pan with lid virtually every day. Useful as a frypan, or casserole, this is a must have for every kitchen. And so very easy to clean and maintain. I will never be without one of these pans. Only improvement would be steam release.

I used to buy cheap pans from department stores, thinking that they really all were the same and all had to be replaced fairly regularly anyway. But then I treated myself with the scanpan and now i plan to only buy this brand from now on! while i don't cook anything too gourmet, this makes cooking easier and heats so evenly, and more quickly than my old cheapies used to. it's also very easy to clean - a quick rinse once i've served up, then a soapy wash after dinner is all it needs. even my hubby doesn't mind cleaning it as there's no scrubbing invovled! buying through the kitchenware direct website was really easy too, got a great price when it was on sale and it arrived quickly and with the glass lid perfectly intact.

I bought this to replace my Anolon pan which has beginning to have foods stick to it. It's the first Scanpan item I bought and I love it! Easy to cook in, easy to clean - especially as there is nothing inside the pan for food to stick where the handle meets the pan. It is a little heavy but that can be overlooked as it is excellent quality wtih a few months use so far! Have since bought another larger scanpan. Recommended.

I've had this pan for a few weeks now and really can't fault it. Nice and deep, but with a lip that is a good shape for 'flipping' food... The non-stick also doesn't appear to be just a 'coating' as on some other pans. Would highly recommend this pan!

Fantastic pan that can be used for so many dishes, with very little use of oil (just a drizzle of olive oil), even when cooking crumbed foods. I have used Scanpan previously and am gradually replacing my current saucepans/pans with Scanpan - they are simply a brilliant product to use. Been cooking for 30 years and I love it, and these pans make it simpler and quicker.

Good size and depth for numerous dishes, including pasta and stir fries. Had Scanpans in the past and then tried a few other brands and returned to Scanpan. I just love the whole scanpan range, but this is my fave! So good for cooking all manner of things, but the best thing is to brown the makings of a great casserole and then pop on the lid and put the whole lot into the oven to finish off.
