Description

Potent and pungent spices such as nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon are virtually reduced to powder by this fine grater. It also works a treat on citrus peel and hard cheeses, letting you create the magic dusts that pack a flavourful wallop.

Graters of the Microplane Artisan Series are dishwasher safe and feature plastic ergonomic handles in a variety of colours. This allows you to achieve greater kitchen efficiency by colour-coding the four different blades in the series. On the other hand, if you have a definite theme or decor in your kitchen, you can simply get a whole collection in your chosen colour.

Made from surgical-grade stainless steel, a Microplane doesn't grate food so much as it shaves it with razor-sharp rows of tiny acid-etched blades. The result? Heavenly piles of citrus zest, spices and cheese, made easier and faster than you'd ever thought possible. Excellent "fine" grater. Parmesan comes out powder soft with minimum effort. Works on frozen bread slices for fresh breadcrumbs. Am looking forward to buying more of these quality graters.
