The finishing touch.
The jars last for ever and the seals seem to hold up well too, but if they do perish these replacements are as good as the originals. Haven't had a dud one yet.

Rubber Jar gaskets
Have not used them as yet. Still waiting for the beetroot to finish growing. Have used them before from elsewhere but had to purchase again as the rubber was perishing. Product was not sealing.
