A HEAVY CLEAVER WITH RAZOR SHARPNESS
I have been searching for a Cleaver with the right balance of weight, style, sharpness and a good grip and come with a protective sleeve to cover the sharp edge. I found the Anolon Advance cleaver to have the right combination of all these attributes. I have become an Anolon user and recommend these knives to all who listen to me!! I chopped corn, ribs, and as a test was still able to slice paper thin salmon for sushi. That for me was the WOW factor. Great Anolon products and Thank you Kitchenware direct for carrying this item and providing a great service over all I am very very happy, treat your selves to a great Cleaver buy the Anolon.
