Seriously, don't argue!

I've always wanted a cleaver and when I could "round off" my order with this one, I was a VERY happy girl... now I just have to find something substantial to cleft in twain!

When you really need a cleaver!

Sometimes only a cleaver will do. When you need to divide up a chicken carcass (or even a pumpkin!) Well balanced with a comfortable handle and a 10 year warranty AND a good price! No contest!

Now, this is a knife!

You call that a knife? This is a knife!' I used to think that knives were just knives and something cheap from the supermarket would do the job. Then I bought my first Scanpan Classic knife, a Classic Cleaver, and realised that knives are not just knives. I now have two more Scanpan knives and a diamond sharpening steel to keep those German stainless steel edges edges razor-sharp and cutting with ease. These superbly designed knives make cooking a real joy, with a perfect ergonomic balance, and superb steel blades that will slice through anything with the greatest of ease. Yet when compared to high-end professional chef's knives, Scanpan Classic knives offer excellent value, especially with Kitchenware Direct's discount prices.
