Not made for bones

Just a follow up from my last post unfortunately in my third time cutting up whole chicken the blade actually chipped, a small piece of metal embedded in the bone now I don't think chicken bones are THAT hard a meat clever couldn't handle. It was disappointing. Sorry to say. EOM

A little rattled

Just bought this last week. First job out of the box I section a whole chicken (on a wooden chopping board) by the time I was done, there were two dents on the blades! And I thought I was being gentle!

Zwing!

Bought this item as an "extra" to tip my cart of $100, but I now use it more than the original item I wanted! it's a gorgeous long cleaver perfect for all kinds of cutting! It's become my everything knife, I use it even to cut fruit and vegetables as it's so sharp and never bruises the fruit! If you're looking for a cleaver, definitely reccommend this!
