In the last 12 months I've thrown 2 expensive knives out with the vegie peelings. Don't think this will happen with this nice brightly coloured knife. Very comfortable to hold and cuts food cleanly. A very worthwhile buy.

Great knife, not great paint
I received one of these knives for Christmas 2010. I love it. It is an EXCELLENT knife.. However, all the paint has started peeling off mine. It's a shame, but the knife is still awesome.

Scanpan Spectrum Utility Knife
A handy knife to have around. I bought this and the Santoku for barbeques and picnics - impossible to lose in bright orange, nice and sharp, and travel well with the sheath. Well priced too!
