Just the right size
No longer do I have trouble getting my pastry to the right size with this glass pastry board! As already mentioned in the reviews, the glass keeps the pastry cold and easy to work with.

Keeps pastry cold
Yes I am very happy with this glass pastry board the best thing about it is it keeps the pastry cold & does not break up when rolling especially if its a good shortcrust with a lot of butter.

Well made
The glass board has rubber 'feet' at the four corners to prevent movement when working with pastry. Very well made.
