Things get even better. This frypan has Tefal's revolutionary Prometal Pro, a 6-layer non-stick coating; it's metal-utensil safe while affording easy food release and cleaning. There's a limited lifetime guarantee on that surface, too.

This frypan features an improved Thermo-Spot, which lets you know when the pan has been preheated to the ideal temperature.

Finally, it needs to be noted that this piece of cookware was created with health and the environment in mind. The non-stick coating contains no lead, cadmium or PFOA and the pans are recyclable.
